Ray is a senior operations and business transformation consultant with over 30 years of
international leadership and advisory experience across Europe and Asia. He is the
Founder and Principal Consultant of BRIS Consulting, where he partners with founders,
CEOs, and senior leadership teams to build resilient operations, execute strategy
effectively, and scale with confidence.
Prior to founding BRIS Consulting, Ray held senior leadership and executive roles across a
broad range of sectors. His operational and consulting experience spans technology,
consumer electronics, supply chain, medical devices, financial services, pharmaceuticals,
sports and leisure, and lifestyle businesses. He has worked extensively with start-ups,
SMEs, and multinational organisations, giving him a rare, end-to-end understanding of
how businesses grow, mature, and transform under real-world pressures.
Ray’s experience combines hands-on operational leadership, board-level advisory, and
executive coaching, enabling him to bridge the gap between strategy and execution with
credibility, pragmatism, and clarity.
While living in Asia, Ray was actively involved in the Irish and European business
community, serving as President of the Irish Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and as
Treasurer and Board Member of the European Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong.
Ray holds an MBA with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and is a graduate of
Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick, with a postgraduate Higher
Diploma in Information Technology from Maynooth University.
Originally from Ireland, he has lived and worked in Asia for over 18 years and is currently
based in Pennsylvania, USA, advising organisations globally.
