Garry is currently Donegal County Council’s Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Economic Development, Human Resources and Emergency Services and is, additionally, the designated Director of the Donegal Municipal District. Garry is a qualified Chartered Public Finance Accountant, holds a Master of Science Degree (with distinction) in International Business and an Advanced Certificate in Business Counselling.
