He currently serves as Head of Sales EMEA at a leading AI research lab, where he works closely with companies ranging from fast-growing SMEs to global enterprises as they move from early AI experimentation to real-world, scalable impact.
With over 15 years of experience in high-growth technology environments including 10 years at Google and Notion, Aiden has led teams through major industry shifts, including the rise of AI-native workflows, the evolution of modern go-to-market models, and the increasing importance of trust, governance, and responsible adoption. His work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, organisational change, and emerging technology.
Originally from Letterkenny, Ireland, Aiden played soccer and completed his Master’s degree at Boston College. Having lived and worked across EMEA and North America, he brings a global perspective to conversations about how AI will redefine industries, roles, and opportunities on the road to 2030.
